I can't even describe what this movie is about without offending someone. Basically, a Mormon goes to Los Angeles to do missionary work. He gets a job as a  superhero character in a porn flick to raise enough money so he and his fiancee can get married at the temple in Salt Lake City. That's seriously as much as I can say on a family-friendly website.

If you aren't overly prude and you pick your viewing partners wisely, this could possibly be one of the funniest films you'll ever see.

Stupid. Really, really stupid. But stupid in a hysterical way. It's the first movie that made me laugh so hard that I missed huge chunks of it the first time.

A Tim Burton classic, with a killer score by Danny Elfman. Who can forget Large Marge, the Alamo tour guide, or the biker bar dance to "Tequila"?

If something in this movie doesn't offend you, then you didn't pay attention. Rude, crude, socially unacceptable, and very, VERY funny. If the dialogue doesn't make you laugh, the songs will. Just don't let the kids watch it. Cartoon or not, this is one very adult film.

Rob Reiner's classic farce about the "world's loudest band" and their first US tour. Most of the movie is ad-libbed and it really has that documentary feel to it. Fave scenes include the mini-stonehenge, the trapped-in-the-pod bit, and the most classic of all lines: "these go to eleven".
